We are set up so that the management team at the restaurant sends in & approves invoices. Accounting then reviews coding & gives final approval. After approval, the data is exported to our accounting software. We also use Ottimate’s VendorPay, which allows us to pay vendors with check, ACH, or virtual card. Checks are printed & mailed by Ottimate, so I don’t have to cut them in the office.
